Connect Foods Chia Seeds are one of our most versatile products. It's kind of amazing how easy it is to turn them into a full meal, using just a little bit of non-dairy milk and some delicious toppings.
I recently went on a camping trip, and brought all of my superfoods with me! I wanted to show everyone how easy it is to still have healthy habits whilst on the go and connected to nature. Just because you're travelling or in the wilderness, wherever your adventures take you, doesn't mean you have to eat fast food or ramen noodles!
In this recipe I used canned coconut milk, but it can be substituted for almond milk or any other non-dairy milk. Just be sure that you have a mason jar or some other vessel to put your pudding in while the chia seeds are expanding.
For Chia Pudding on the go:
- One can of organic coconut milk
- 5 heaping teaspoons of Connect Foods Organic Chia Seeds
- Stir Chia Seeds into the coconut milk can
- Place in cooler on ice
- Allow to sit for about 30 min to an hour, stirring occasionally
- Serve with your favourite toppings!
My personal favs are fresh fruit, shredded coconut, granola, and cacao nibs!
