The creamy coconut milk combined with vibrant Dragon Fruit creates a lovely pink colour, just like a flamingo! This delicious texture is satisfying and feels like you are drinking a dreamy creamsicle on a warm sunny day.
What you'll need:
- 1 Pitaya (Dragon Fruit)
- 1/2 banana
- handful of cashews
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp Connect Foods Maca Powder
Blend together and serve immediately. Makes two servings.
