It's a well-known fact that berries are packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients. In this smoothie the flavour pairs so nicely with kiwi fruit. Containing almost 20 vital nutrients, including five times the vitamin C of an orange in one serving, kiwi can legitimately be called a superfruit. This fuzzy brown powerhouse with the bright green flesh also is rich in vitamin A, K, E and B, potassium, copper, folate, and fibre.

TIP: Leave the kiwi fruit skin on for an extra boost of fibre! It is actually safe to eat! The skin of a kiwi is easy to digest, unlike that of mango or other large fruits. The skin can help clear out toxins in your digestive system.

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup coconut water
