Overnight oats are a quick and easy way to get you out the door and on your way on time in a healthy and timely fashion. This is a great recipe from co-founder of Connect Foods, Tony Pountney
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 teaspoon maca
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats
Optional: 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds and handful of blueberries.
Mix everything together in a jar. Seal with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight. Grab and go with your superfood brekky!
