This berry cacao smoothie is packed with nutrients, and you can also add the optional raw egg, for an extra hit of protein. (Remember the movie 'Rocky'?) It's an old school way of getting protein and if you're semi-vegan/veggie, it's much better for you than whey protein or other processed dairy protein powders.
