- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp Connect Foods Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Connect Foods Maca Powder
- 1 Tbsp Connect Foods Cacao Nibs
- 1/4 cup cooked Connect Foods Amaranth (or 1 scoop of your fav. protein powder)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 2-3 dates
- 1 cup coconut water
Blend up and sprinkle with a few extra nibs and Connect Foods Chia Seeds for some extra satisfaction!
